Yasmine Tuokko

Yasmine graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1996. She has a general massage therapy practice, treating people of all ages. She incorporates a variety of modalities in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction including: Muscle energy technique (MET), Myofascial techniques, including CoAT Method, Neuromuscular therapy techniques, and Swedish massage. She also utilizes postural awareness and correction, as well as strength, stability, and flexibility exercises to achieve and maintain an optimal state of comfort and mobility.
